Are tickets available for purchase prior to the show?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased online through TicketsWest here.
Tickets ordered online must be redeemed at the box office for the appropriate wristbands.
Are tickets available for purchase at the door?
Yes. You can purchase your tickets at the TicketsWest box office at the Spokane Convention Center.
What do I need to bring with me to the box office?
Please bring you proof of purchase to the box office along with a valid photo id. A box office attendant will place a wristband on your right arm. All attendees are required to wear the wristbands. If your wristband is lost or removed you will be required to purchase a new ticket to the show.
If I park my car in the parking garage. How much will parking be?
On site garage parking will be available for $5 per day in the Spokane Convention Center Parking structure.
Are shuttles available to the show?
We will be announcing our shuttle schedule soon!
What do I do once I have my wristband?
The show floor will be in exhibit halls A and B. Please enter only through the entrance doors and exit through the exits in order to help maintain a smooth flow in and out of the exhibit hall. When taking photos please be mindful of blocking access for your fellow convention attendees.
If you are lining up early for the show you will line up in the hallway that leads to the lobby. Please follow the directions of the PAC Con staff. Taped areas will guide you as you line up for entrance to the exhibit halls.
Separate lines will be available for VIP ticket holders. VIP ticket holders will line up in another area of the lobby and will gain access to the exhibit halls 30 minute prior to the general admission attendees on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I purchase signing tickets at the show?
Yes, you can purchase autograph tickets at the show however please keep in mind that sales at the show are on a cash only basis. The ATMs at the convention will often run out of money, so please try to stop prior to arrival to be better prepared. If you need to use a credit card you may purchase autographs on-line prior to the show. Some autographs are sold on a limited number basis, so please be sure you purchase yours upon arrival or prior to the show.

What time should I show up for a signing?
Please do not try to get in line earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled signing time starts. Be sure to check the celebrity signing schedule for last minute changes prior to your departure to the show as well as upon arrival at the show. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the signing schedule may change as late as the day of the scheduled signing.
Do not be late.
The signing lines move at a very rapid pace once the signing starts and we cannot bring a celebrity guest back to sign a missed item until the next scheduled signing time.
VIP lines will be allowed to line up in a dedicated VIP line first, so be sure to get in the correct line.
What do I need to bring with me to the signing?
Please have your item out of any packaging and ready to be signed, unless you want the packaging singed. Please remove comics form the bags and boards prior to reaching the front of the line to ensure that the line moves smoothly. Please quickly move out of the immediate signing are to return your items to there protective packaging.
The celebrity will have pens to sign items available at his or her booth. However if you have a specific color desired please feel free to bring a pen with you. Please make the celebrity aware that you would like your item signed with your own provided pen prior to them signing your item!
Where will the signing be located?
The signing areas will be clearly marked on your map of the show floor.
Can I bring my own camera to the signing and take pictures of my item being signed?
There are no cameras or video recording devices allowed in the signing area, other than our photographers.
What do I do if one of the signing event participants has special needs?
Please let our event line staff know if you or someone in your care has special needs and we will be sure to help you out.
Photo Op Walk-through
I am new to comic cons what is a 'photo op'?
A photo op is a professional photo of you with the celebrity guest you chose. You will get a photo taken under ideal lighting conditions and shot with professional camera equipment. You will receive an 8x10” print of your photo printed on professional photo printers. This print will be available at the show shortly after your photo is taken.

What do I do if I want two photo ops that are at the same time?
If you are only at the show for one day and there are multiple photo ops you would like to get at the same time slot, please speak to one of our line queue attendants and they will help you out. If you are there for more than one day, check and see if there are other
scheduled times for your photo ops.
What do I need to bring with me to the photo op?
If you paid on-line, you will need to pick up your printed ticket for your photo op. If you paid for your photo op at the show, you will need to have the “Photo Op” ticket given to you when you paid for your op.
How many people can be in my photo op?
The base price of a photo op includes two adults. Families may have two adults and their children under 12.

What do I do when it is my turn for the photo op?
Please be sure to follow directions given to you by the photo op crew. Have your photo op ticket out and ready to hand to the attendant in the room. There is a designated place in the room to place any items you do not want in the photo with you. Any items you take into the photo will need to remain in your hands during the photo. Also, due to space constraints, only fans who are in the photo or parents of fans in the photo are allowed in the photo op room.
I have glasses what should I do for the photo op?
Glasses will often glare and they also make it very difficult for the photographers to see if you blinked or not. If you do not mind removing them, we suggest you do.
Other important notes:
Please be courteous to the celebrity guests. Any inappropriate behavior will result in your immediate removal from the photo op room without refund. Also, please follow any specific instructions given to you by the photo op staff for a particular celebrity guest. Please do not assume you may hug and or kiss the celebrity guests. Strollers will need to be parked outside the photo op room for safety reasons.
Please do not hand babies or small children to the celebrity guests. There are absolutely no autographs in the photo op room. If you would like to give gifts to the celebrity guest, we ask that you do so at their autograph table, not in the photo op room (there is no where for the guest to place these gifts).
